Недавно уточнял в талмудах , кто такой для еврея " ближний". По сути ближний- это или еврей или тот , кто проживает в Израиле и исполняет ихние законы - Тору. Кто для еврея проживающего в других народностях или государствах является ближним по законам Моисея не совсем понятно. Но если исходить из того( теоретически) , что человек проживающий вне Израиля относится к законам Израиля- законам Моисея уважительно ( ближний) , то все остальные , не уважающие или не подчиняющиеся , для еврея не будут " ближним" и соответственно к ним применяется уже закон , как для гипотетического врага , т.е .явно не такой , как для ближнего. .Тут что важного , что законы Торы навязываются другим народностям и вносятся в конституции. Это по сути - еврейские законы государства Израиль , например: " око за око" или " возлюби ближнего" , суд - это законы вечной войны между народами или государствами , пока все не станут или евреями или их ближними . Но тот же радикальный ислам - это тот же талмуд , только в другой упаковке. Православие - это старозаветный талмуд , из христианского там лишь тексты с искажением смысла самого учения. ..Если талмуд Торы применить для Украины , то " возлюби ближнего , как самого себя " - это применительно для украинца и ближнего - кто признает " талмуд" украинский. И опять возникает вопрос , этот "украинский талмуд" - Закон что : Конституция или Пересопницкое Евангелие , закон государства или закон Божий - святыня ?
